Tourist packages

The purpose of the tourist package is to be a friend of tourists visiting Azerbaijan. During their stay in Azerbaijan, tourists can get support for any problems they encounter by contacting our *0005 call center, which operates 24/7. Our call center for tourists serves in five languages ​​(English, Russian, Arabic, Persian, and Turkish).

If a tourist has a problem and needs to be supported, an employee of the Norma Legal Center will approach the tourist as soon as possible.

In these cases, legal services will be provided to the tourist who received the tourist package during his visit;
- will receive legal advice in solving the problem,
- when summoned to law enforcement bodies and brought to court,
- In the preparation of complaints and other necessary documents related to theft, robbery, finding lost property,
- Nomination of candidates when a lawyer is needed.

  • Ensuring to apply to the police or other law enforcement agencies, ensuring in case tourist’s need;
  • Providing necessary legal advice and legal services to tourists when they are called to law enforcement agencies;
  • Providing with the necessary advice to the tourist when he/she involved in litigation;
  • Preparing complaint applications and other necessary documents in case of any incident (theft, robbery and burglary, as well as finding lost property, etc.);
  • In case of need for lawyer, nomination of candidates for concluding a contract with a lawyer (lawyer's fee is extra and not included in the package).
